And your business? - Gurgle, gurgle... Glooop!  Down the drain!

Do you know what I'm talking about?

I see evidence of people being sucked into the Vortex everywhere I look - in forum posts, in private emails and conversations - and from my own personal experience. It is very disturbing.

What is the Vortex?

All the enticing offers that distract us from our core activities,
sucking us dry of our precious time and precious money.

I could go into a rant about the "IM Gurus" at this point, and blame them for everything (whoever "they" may be). But that's not the point.

When the top IMers address the IM market itself they do a superb job (on the whole). The problem is - they do it too well!

Which means, we have to take extra steps to protect ourselves - as I will explain in a moment.

Most of us have limited funds and only a few precious hours each week to devote to building our internet marketing business. So - unless we are 100% focused on our goals, our businesses will go cold and our credit cards will stay hot.

We all know this...and yet still we get drawn in by the incredibly persuasive art of internet marketing itself! 100s of times each week we get exhortations to:

  • "Take time out to listen to this teleseminar - your future finances depend on it! "

  • "Watch this amazing video series of a guru earning $1 million in 30 days!"

  • "Sign up for this one-of-a-kind, never-to-be-repeated mentoring program!"

  • "Buy this eBook! Follow this sure-fire blueprint to $40K per month in 60 days!"

  • "Do this! Do that! Check out this! Check out that! Click here! Click there! Read this! Read that! Come here! Go there! Stand on your head and sing "Danny Boy"

Schlurp! Whoosh! Schlurp! Whoosh! Schlurp! Whoosh! Gurgle, Gurgle... Glooop!

We're in the Vortex again, and that's the sound of our business being sucked up and drained away!

But take heart. There is a way out of the Vortex. It's not rocket science. In fact, it's obvious!

What you need is Focus!

Actually, you need more than that. You need: Laser-Focus!

Single-minded determination!

I know, I know! You know that already, right? I'm not telling you anything new.

So look at it another way. In reality, what you need is a Laser-Focus SHIELD!

In other words, you need a Shield to "protect" you from the impact of unwanted offers, allowing you to remain Laser-Focused on your business.

I'm not talking about spam protection here.
